1. Acceptance of Terms: By engaging with W3bkit Solutions and purchasing any of our packages, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all services provided, including Website Development, Business Development, Multimedia Development, and Desktop PC Optimization Services.
2. Changes to Terms: W3bkit Solutions reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will apply to all subsequent services.

1. Consultation Fees: Consultation packages are charged based on the time spent and the complexity of the consultation. Fees for consultation are deductible if you choose to avail of our subsequent services.
2. Scope of Consultation: Consultation services include an evaluation of current needs, recommendations, and a strategic plan for improvement. Detailed service specifications will be provided during the consultation.

1. Package Inclusions: Each website development package includes the specific services outlined in the package description. Any additional requirements or changes will be subject to additional charges.
2. Content Provision: The client is responsible for providing all necessary content for website development, unless specified otherwise.
3. Delivery Time: Delivery times for website development packages are estimated and may vary based on the complexity of the project. W3bkit Solutions will provide a timeline and keep the client updated on progress.
4. Revisions: The packages include a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond this limit will incur extra charges.

1. Reporting and Documentation: Business development packages that include reporting and document creation will deliver the reports and documents as outlined in the selected package. The accuracy and completeness of the information provided depend on the data and input provided by the client.
2. Strategic Frameworks: Use of strategic frameworks, such as balanced scorecards and strategy maps, is included in relevant packages. Implementation of recommendations from these frameworks will require additional services or support.
3. Product Management: Product management packages include support for product innovation and management. The scope of product management services will be defined based on client needs and may require separate agreements for detailed deliverables.

1. Design and Content Creation: All multimedia development packages include the creation of content as specified. Changes to the project scope or additional content requests may result in additional charges.
2. Intellectual Property: All designs and multimedia content created remain the intellectual property of W3bkit Solutions until full payment is received. Upon full payment, intellectual property rights will transfer to the client.

1. PC Builds and Upgrades: The PC build and upgrade services include the selection and installation of components as specified. Any changes to the initial specifications or additional requirements will incur extra charges.
2. Repair Services: Repair services cover the diagnosis and fixing of hardware or software issues. Costs for repairs will be based on the extent of the issues identified.
3. Warranty: W3bkit Solutions provides a limited warranty for PC builds and repairs. The warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage from misuse or external factors.

1. Payment Terms: Payments for all packages are due upon acceptance of the service agreement. For custom or extensive projects, payment schedules may be established.
2. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for consultation or service packages once work has commenced. For any issues with deliverables, clients must notify W3bkit Solutions within 3 days of receiving the service to discuss potential resolutions.

1. Client Information: W3bkit Solutions will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose it to third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law.
2. Non-Disclosure: Both parties agree to keep all business and proprietary information confidential and to use such information solely for the purposes outlined in the service agreement.

1. Limitation: W3bkit Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.
2. Force Majeure: W3bkit Solutions is not responsible for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

1. Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in which W3bkit Solutions operates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in which W3bkit Solutions operates
