This Privacy Policy explains how Pickleball Blitz handles information when you use the game.

1. Information We Collect

Pickleball Blitz does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, camera access, microphone access, or other personal information to play the game.

The game may store limited gameplay and settings information locally on your device, including:

• High score
• Audio setting
• Haptics setting

This information is stored on your device and is used only to make the game function properly.

2. Local Data

Pickleball Blitz saves your high score and settings locally on your device.

This local data is not sent to our own server.

You may reset your high score from the game’s settings menu. You may also remove local data by uninstalling the app from your device or clearing the app’s data through your device settings.

3. Ads

Pickleball Blitz is a free game supported by passive banner ads.

Ads may appear on:

• Main Menu screen
• Game Over screen

Ads do not appear during active gameplay.

Pickleball Blitz does not use rewarded ads, forced interstitial ads, paid upgrades, coins, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.

When a final advertising SDK is added, the advertising provider may collect or process certain device, usage, or advertising-related data according to its own policies and SDK behavior. This Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data safety information should be updated after the final advertising SDK is selected and integrated.

4. Third-Party Services

Pickleball Blitz may use third-party services or SDKs for advertising.

These third-party services may collect information used to provide, limit, measure, or improve ads.

Final third-party service details will be added before public release after the advertising SDK is selected.

5. Children’s Privacy

Pickleball Blitz does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

The game does not include account registration, chat, user-generated content, or social features.

Final age targeting and Google Play target audience settings should be completed in Google Play Console before release.

6. How We Use Information

Pickleball Blitz uses local gameplay and settings data to:

• Save your high score
• Remember whether audio is enabled or disabled
• Remember whether haptics are enabled or disabled
• Improve the basic game experience on your device

7. Data Sharing

Pickleball Blitz does not sell personal information.

The game does not send your local high score or settings to our own server.

Advertising-related data may be collected or processed by the final advertising SDK provider after ads are integrated. This section should be updated once the ad provider is finalized.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Local high score and settings data remain on your device unless:

• You reset your high score in the game
• You clear the app’s data through your device settings
• You uninstall the app

Pickleball Blitz is designed to avoid collecting unnecessary personal information.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, but the game currently uses local-only gameplay and settings storage for its own core features.
